Change back to original Mac OS X keymap with the following modifications

• IdeaVIM → Redo: Ctrl-R
• IdeaVIM → Go to declaration: Ctrl-]
• IdeaVIM → Back: Ctrl-T
• IdeaVIM → PageDown: Ctrl-f
• IdeaVIM → PageUp: Ctrl-b

On Lion or higher, need to turn off “alternative key” feature
